By connecting a wallet to ORBIT ("the service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to gamble in your jurisdiction. ORBIT is not available to residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited. You are responsible for confirming this before playing.
2. The game
ORBIT is a provably-fair crash game played in SOL. Crash points are committed before bets open and revealed after each round. The math is published on the Fairness page; any round can be re-checked via Verify. Theoretical return-to-player is 99% (1% house edge).
3. Deposits and withdrawals
Deposits credit after on-chain finalization. Withdrawals are paid from the house hot wallet on a best-effort schedule (~30s cadence). Minimum withdrawal is 0.05 SOL. Withdrawals may be paused for routine treasury management; see Responsible Gambling and Limits if you need to step away.
4. Account & security
Your wallet is your account. Keep your seed phrase private; ORBIT cannot recover lost wallets. Sessions are bound to a signed message; do not sign login challenges from sites you do not trust.
5. Prohibited use
No bots, no script-driven multi-account play, no money laundering, no use from embargoed jurisdictions. Violations may lead to balance freeze and account termination.
6. Limits of liability
ORBIT is provided "as-is". You play at your own risk. The maximum aggregate liability is the funds you have on deposit with ORBIT at the time of the claim.
7. Changes
These terms can change. Material changes are announced on the home page. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
